so went back to the doctors today, after having to walk in the rain! had to wait an extra 45 minutes, which isn’t unusual. but anyways from my blood test i found out my sugar levels are fine, my iron levels are fine and my thyroid is fine, but i have a lack in vitamin D, which is understandable when you live in Tasmania where winter usually takes up the whole year, so i now need to take...
